Abstract


In this study the authors have a goal to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, work stress, and organizational support on the performance of CV. Metro employees either partially or simultaneously. Hypothesis in this research are: Suspected emotional intelligence, work stress, and organizational support on the performance of CV. Metro employees either partially or simultaneously.

Data needed in this research is primary data obtained by questionnaire method from sample as much as 58 respondens. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linier regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The result of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the emotional intelligence, work stress, and organizational support on the performance of CV. Metro employees either partially or simultaneously.
